Gary Coleman Dies After Brain Hemorrhage Posted: 28 May 2010 08:37 PM PDT Child star of the 1970s TV show Diff’rent Strokes, Gary Coleman died Friday at the age of 42. Coleman reportedly suffered a brain hemorrhage after an accident in his home on Wednesday. He was taken off life support with family and friends at his side. ![]() Image: Diff'rent Strokes Coleman is probably best remembered for his character Arnold Jackson coining the phrase “Whatchu talkin’ bout?” Like many childhood stars, Coleman’s adult life was marred with troubles. In recent years, he has been in financial and legal trouble. Coleman also had health problems, attempted suicide and even ran for California governor. RIP Arnold.
